RECORD RAINFALL LEAVES ROAD MAINTENANCE PROGRAMMES AFLOAT – AND FACING HIGHER REPAIR COSTS TO COME - 3 April 2014

The 19th Annual Local Authority Road Maintenance (ALARM) Survey published today (3 April 2014) reports that the estimated cost to get the local road network in England and Wales back into reasonable condition has increased to £12 billion (from £10.5 billion in 2013). Click for Details
